Salon policy
By booking a treatment at Agatemia Beauty you accept the salon policy below. Please read it before your visit.

General rules
- If you feel unwell or have cold or flu symptoms, please reschedule. If your health raises concerns, I may have to cancel the appointment and the deposit will be kept towards it.
- Please come alone — no partners, friends or children.
- There is no waiting room, so please arrive at your booked time, not earlier. If you are 5–10 minutes early, please wait outside.
- Up to 15 minutes late is acceptable. After that the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is not refunded.

Deposit
- A deposit is required for every appointment, for new and returning clients alike. It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The deposit must be paid within 12 hours of your booking request, otherwise the slot is cancelled automatically.
- Booking several visits ahead? A separate deposit is required for each of them. For a single visit the deposit is deducted from the full price.
- Cancelling at least 48 hours in advance lets you use your deposit within 3 months.
- If you miss an appointment without notice, the deposit is lost and your next visit must be paid in full within 12 hours of booking.

Semi-permanent makeup — contraindications
- Cold or active inflammation in the body
- Active acne or any skin changes in the brow area
- Freshly tanned or sunburnt skin
- Tendency to scarring or keloids
- Recent cancer or chemotherapy (wait at least 6 months after treatment ends)
- Allergy to henna, hair dye or pigments
- Blood clotting disorders or blood-thinning medication
- Facial cold sores (herpes)
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding (at least 6 months after breastfeeding ends)
- Steroid treatment
- Unregulated autoimmune conditions (e.g. hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s)
- Advanced diabetes or epilepsy
- Keeping track of your touch-up dates is the client’s responsibility.

Nails — changes and repairs
- Please request any colour or design changes before the product is cured under the UV lamp. Visual changes cannot be accepted after the appointment has ended; they can be done later for a fee.
- Free repairs are available within 5 days (gel) or 3 days (hybrid) of the treatment, as long as the damage was not caused by the client. A photo or an in-person check is needed.
- Nail art is charged additionally.

Lash lift
- Eye infections and conditions (e.g. styes, conjunctivitis, allergies) and chronic eye diseases are strict contraindications. Please tell me about any of them before the treatment.

Patch test
- A patch test is required 48–72 hours before brow lamination, powder henna and lash lift. Booking it is the client’s responsibility.
- Henna and tint can cause contact allergy. Henna is made from natural ingredients, including powdered lawsonia leaf, which is highly allergenic.

Gift vouchers
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
